Privacy should be understood, not buried.
Our public learning resources are available without email capture. Contact and optional educational subscriptions use separate choices.
Who is responsible
OddlyDaily is operated by Nigel Conder. Use our contact form for questions, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of a marketing request. Put “Privacy request” in the subject. This notice was updated on 21 October 2026.
Information we collect
Our voluntary enquiry form collects your name, email address, question and optional company name. It records your privacy agreement, a separate optional marketing choice, its timestamp and campaign attribution. Our decision calculators run in your browser; their financial inputs are not submitted as contact details.
First-party website measurements record page paths, campaign parameters, calculator actions and outbound affiliate clicks. They are not proof of HighLevel trials, customers or commission. We do not place customer names, email addresses or messages in public analytics.
How we use information
We use enquiry details to handle your request and prevent abuse. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. An optional marketing request remains unconfirmed; automated marketing and email acknowledgments are currently disabled. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for unsolicited campaigns.
Services and storage
Cloudflare Pages and D1 host the website and its private records. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals to reduce automated abuse, and Cloudflare Access protects the owner dashboard. The existing approved video is delivered through Amazon CloudFront storage used by our media provider, Higgsfield. Playing external media or following YouTube or HighLevel links can share connection information with those services under their own policies.
These services may process information internationally. Access to the enquiry database and private backups is restricted. No password, authentication session or account token from the previous website is imported into the public site.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry details are retained while the request is handled and normally for up to 12 months after it closes, unless a dispute or another specific obligation requires longer. Identifiable correspondence is reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. First-party campaign history may be retained for up to 24 months for comparison and accounting; restricted recovery backups follow their recovery lifecycle.
You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw a marketing request, through the contact form. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. If marketing is enabled later, each message must identify OddlyDaily and include an unsubscribe method before it is sent. You may also raise a concern with your relevant data protection authority.
